    With a strong academic background in Hotel Management and an MBA in Sales & Marketing, Dhiraj Gupta brings over 10 years of cross-industry experience across real estate and hospitality. His career reflects consistent growth, proven leadership, and deep expertise in driving revenue, building brands, and leading high-performance teams.

    Dhiraj began his real estate journey at Chandak Group, advancing from Management Trainee to Sales Manager – Team Lead in just 3.5 years. His leadership journey continued at UK Realty and Anarock, where he managed critical roles as Team Lead and Site Head — refining his expertise in site operations and client engagement.

    At PropertyPistol, he led operations as Site Head for 1.5 years, delivering measurable growth and enhanced customer experience. Now, as Head of Sales & Marketing at Jadeite Developers, Dhiraj is leading brand strategy, sales operations, and go-to-market execution with innovation, efficiency, and performance at the forefront.

    His well-rounded capabilities include:

    Mr. Rajendra Kangokar serves as the Site Head at Jadeite Developers LLP, where he is entrusted with the end-to-end management of on-site operations across multiple projects. From construction planning and vendor coordination to execution oversight and quality assurance, he ensures that each development progresses smoothly and meets the highest industry standards.

    In addition to his operational responsibilities, Mr. Kangokar plays a vital role in client engagement, particularly during the homebuying and possession stages. Known for his approachable demeanor and commitment to clear, timely communication, he acts as a reassuring point of contact for new homeowners, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

    Mr. Kangokar also serves as a dependable bridge between Jadeite Developers and society members, both new and existing:
